William also reared fine poultry, including the bronze turkey, which weighs from 20 to 30 pounds when dressed.
The wool of the Spanish Merino sheep became superior to that of all other sheep, that the sheep were not sent out of Spain until after the 18th century. The rare bronze turkey is requires artificial insemination to reproduce, a result of the meaty breast.
