9.7* Wilton Andrew Elburn Sr., b. 15 Nov 1943 (twin) of Reisterstown, Baltimore Co., MD, d. 19 Aug 2007 in Baltimore. He m. Kathie Lynn Green who was b. 19 Mar 1944.
Wilton Andrews Elburn Sr., a former manager of a Falls Road service station and a volunteer, died Sunday of complications from pneumonia at Northwest Hospital Center. The longtime Reisterstown resident was 63.
Mr. Elburn was born in Baltimore and grew up in the Medfield neighborhood. After graduating from Polytechnic Institute in 1961, he served in the Coast Guard for several years.
In the 1960s, he went to work for Elburn's Garage in the 4400 block of Falls Road, which had been established by his father and grandfather in 1932.
Mr. Elburn was managing the business when it was closed in 1986. He was then sales manager of Reliable Tire Service in Baltimore for 15 years before retiring in 2001.
Mr. Elburn was an active member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church in Reisterstown and had volunteered for more than 20 years at the Rosewood Center in Owings Mills.
He enjoyed vacationing at Wildwood, N.J., and was an avid Colts, Ravens and Orioles fan.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. today at Eline Funeral Home, 11824 Reisterstown Road.
Surviving are his wife of 41 years, the former Kathie Green; three sons, Wilton A. Elburn Jr. of Homeland, Matthew W. Elburn of Salisbury and Jeffrey W. Elburn of Sykesville; a daughter, Jill M. Nichols of Salisbury; a brother, Stewart Elburn of Baltimore; and eight grandchildren.

Stewart m1. Kathleen M. and they divorced in 1982. Stewart has a companion Janet D. Trimble whom he has been with for many years; she has 3 children from an earlier marriage. Motorcycle Times is owned by a father daughter team, Pat and Darcy Elburn. Pat has always been interested in bikes, has been riding various types of bikes over all kinds of terrain for more than 40 years and raced motocross for more than 30. He has always worked with cars or bikes, but this is his first shot at publishing a periodical. Darcy got her license in the summer of 2011 and has been dabbling in dirt bikes since a young age. She graduated from McDaniel College with a BA in Philosophy in 2012. The Elburns now live in and work out of Chestertown on the eastern shore of Maryland and currently own 16 different motorcycles. They are often assisted by Pat's parents Bill and Bonnie, especially when it comes to packaging and shipping the magazine!
